2010 CWR Readers Poll

Dear Reader,

There is great diversity in America, and even greater diversity in the world.  Diversity should not be synonymous with division, however, far too often race, ethnicity, nationality, and gender are used by some to cause divisions.

It is the goal of The College World Reporter (CWR) through the dynamic writers of our Connecting Worlds feature, to help readers go inside the major ethnic communities in America and see what life is like from the perspective of someone from another culture.

We believe that much of the division between the races is the result of a lack of knowledge and understanding, and through our Connecting Worlds team we will replace that ignorance with knowledge, we will replace misconceptions with facts, and we will remove stereotypes and replace them with truths.

So, pass through the unification portal and get on the bridge that connects all of our worlds, and promotes understanding, acceptance, respect, and appreciation for all peoples.

Sincerely,
